Jim has been involved in various aspects of the travel industry since 1979, and opened Specialty Cruise & Villas in 1996.

Stefan Bisciglia

Owner

Stefan joined the family business in 2007 and now heads operations at Specialty Cruise & Villas.

Brenda Bisciglia

Owner

Brenda started the business with Jim back in back in 1996 and heads the finance department at Specialty Cruise & Villas.

Sally Dziedzic

Assistant to the Founder

Sally has been with Specialty Cruise & Villas since its inception and has worked with Jim for most of his career.

Michela Bisciglia

Luxury Travel Advisor/Italian Villa Specialist

Michela has extensive travel experience and has been to all 7 continents! She is passionate about creating one-of-a-kind experiences for her clients, and is also the head of our Italian Villas department.

Tina Vitolo-Kester

Luxury Travel Advisor

Tina has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry and has been on 72 cruises (and counting). She is passionate about making sure her clients enjoy a truly seamless travel experience.

Francesca teaches high school social studies and has a passion for education and travel. She enjoys supporting the daily operations of the business.

Brynna has extensive personal experience living, working and traveling in Europe (specifically France), Australia and New Zealand. She is dedicated to assisting clients in finding the perfect trip to create a memorable experience.
